Truffle Macaroni and Cheese

A rich, creamy twist on a classic mac and cheese, enhanced with the luxurious flavor of truffle oil. Perfect for a cozy meal or as a side dish to your favorite entree.

INGREDIENTS:

250g elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons White Truffle Olive Oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon White Truffle Seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste

METHOD:

Cook the Macaroni: Boil the macaroni in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and cream, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and continue to cook until the sauce is creamy and the cheese has melted.

Combine with Truffle Oil: Stir in the white truffle oil and truffle seasoning, then season with salt and pepper.

Mix with Macaroni: Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring to coat the pasta evenly.
