Chili Oil Drizzled Soft-Boiled Eggs

Simple, spicy, and seriously satisfying! Make the perfect quick snack or topping for noodles, rice bowls, or avo toast. Creamy yolks meet bold, fiery flavour in every bite.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large eggs
1–2 tsp chili oil (adjust to taste)
Salt, to taste
Optional: Sliced green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish
METHOD:
1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Carefully lower in the eggs and boil for 6½ minutes.
2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool for a few minutes. Peel gently.
3. Slice eggs in half and place on a plate or over your favourite dish.
4. Drizzle with chili oil, sprinkle with salt, and garnish as desired.
5. Serve warm or at room temp—perfect every time
