Olive & Salami Egg Omelette

A quick and savoury omelette made with olives and salami. Perfect for an easy, satisfying meal any time of day.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
2 cubes of butter
Mild Dry Aged Salami
Manuka Wood Smoked Olives
Black Truffle Seasoning

METHOD:
1. Beat the eggs in a circular motion to incorporate air.
2. Lightly strain the eggs to remove particles and ensure a smooth texture.
3. Chop the salami and add it to a heated pan.
4. Chop Manuka Smoked Olives and add them to the pan.
5. Pour in the eggs.
6. Sprinkle black truffle seasoning.
7. Add 2 cubes of butter and cook gently until the omelette is set.
