Burrata cheese
Truffle Oil Infused Olives
Black Truffle Salt
Sourdough bread


METHOD:
1. Place 3 burrata cheeses on a plate and gently squeeze the centers to create a butterfly-like design.
2. Top each burrata with Truffle Oil Infused Olives.
3. Sprinkle a pinch of Black Truffle Salt over the top, adjusting to taste.
4. Pair with sourdough bread on the side and enjoy each creamy mouthful.
