Manuka Smoked Chili Salt Grilled Asparagus
Smoky, spicy, and ready in minutes. This recipe gets an extra kick from chili flakes. A fiery, flavourful side dish with minimal effort.
INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Manuka Smoked Chili Salt
½ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Optional: squeeze of lemon
METHOD:
1. Toss asparagus with olive oil, smoked chili salt, and chili flakes.
2. Grill over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.
3. Finish with a squeeze of lemon if desired. Serve hot for a bold, spicy bite
