Manuka Chili Salt Baked Potato Wedges

Crispy, golden, and packed with smoky heat which makes it the perfect snack or side dish. Simple, bold, and seriously addictive.
INGREDIENTS:
4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tsp Manuka Smoked Chili Salt
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Black pepper, to taste
METHOD:
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Toss potato wedges with olive oil, chili salt, chili flakes, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking tray. Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.
Serve hot with your favourite dip—and enjoy the smoky, spicy crunch.
