Bay of Plenty Black Truffles

Find fresh New Zealand truffle shavings in each and every bottle of our Black Truffle Olive Oil. Grown in the sunny Bay of Plenty, beneath the volcanic soils around oak and hazel nut trees.

The Master Truffle Hunters

It takes an incredible cohort of Kiwi farmers and their specialty trained dogs to find the elusive Black Truffles, used in our Truffle Olive Oil. Locating the truffles and digging them out, whilst not damaging the delicate exterior is a fine craftsmanship.

Infused with Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

First press oil from olives grown in the Bombay Hills (south of Auckland) create an earthy extra virgin olive oil which infuses with the truffle extract and shavings, to create our New Zealand Black Truffle Olive Oil.
