Truffle Salted Soft Pretzels

Chewy, golden, and sprinkled with truffle salt— This is a simple snack with a gourmet touch.

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups flour
1 packet yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
1 ½ cups warm water
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
⅔ cup baking soda (for boiling)
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp water (egg wash)
Truffle salt

METHOD:
Mix yeast, warm water, sugar, and let sit. Add flour, butter, and salt; knead until smooth. Let rise 1 hour.

Shape into pretzels, boil 30 seconds in baking soda water. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with truffle salt.

Bake at 230°C (450°F) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
