Black Truffle Salt Crusted Ribeye

Elevate your steak night with this bold and simple recipe. Juicy, seared to perfection, and finished with a rich truffle crust—it’s luxury on a plate.

INGREDIENTS:

1 ribeye steak (300–350g)
1 tbsp olive oil
1–2 tsp Black Truffle Salt
Black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp butter, 2 garlic cloves (for basting)

METHOD:

1. Bring steak to room temp and pat dry. Rub with olive oil, season with black pepper and truffle salt.

2. Sear in a hot pan for 2–3 mins per side. Add butter and garlic to baste, if using.

3. Rest for 5–10 mins, slice, and sprinkle with extra truffle salt.
