Garlic Rosemary Nut Toasts
Craving something crunchy? These Garlic Rosemary Nut Toasts are simple, savoury, and packed with flavour in every bite.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rosemary & sea salt mixed nuts
2 slices sourdough or crusty bread
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
1 small garlic clove, crushed
Fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions:
1. Toast the bread until golden.
2. Mix crushed garlic with butter or oil and spread over toast.
3. Roughly chop the nuts and sprinkle generously on top.
4. Add herbs if using, slice, and serve.
