We're not drooling, you are. This Triple Truffle Burrata with Fresh Bread is an all time favourite and an easy appetiser to whip up for any gathering.

1 Burrata Cheese Ball
Fresh bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or baguette)
Black Truffle Olive Oil
Black Truffle Seasoning
Black Truffle Sea Salt


  1. Prepare the Burrata: Begin by slicing the burrata cheese ball open and placing it in a blender or food processor. 
  2. Blend the Burrata: Blend the burrata cheese until it reaches a creamy and smooth consistency. This will take just a few seconds, as burrata is naturally soft and creamy.
  3. Add Truffle Oil: Once the burrata is blended, add a generous amount of black truffle oil and blend the mixture briefly again to ensure that the truffle oil is evenly incorporated throughout the cheese.
  4. Prepare the Bread: Take your loaf of fresh bread and slice it into thick slices. Sourdough, ciabatta, or baguette all work wonderfully with this dish. Toast the bread slices lightly if desired for added texture and warmth.
  5. Spread the Burrata: Take each slice of bread and spread a generous amount of the creamy truffle burrata mixture onto it. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the cheese evenly over the surface of the bread.
  6. Season with Truffle Flavours: Once the burrata is spread onto the bread, sprinkle a pinch of black truffle sea salt and black truffle seasoning over the top of each slice.
  7. Serve: Arrange the prepared Triple Truffle Burrata slices on a serving platter or individual plates. Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives if desired for a pop of color and freshness.
