Refund & Returns Policy – Kiwi Artisan
We stand by the quality of our premium products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or does not meet our usual standard, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The issue must relate to product quality or damage in transit.
- You must contact us at contact@kiwiartisan.co.nz within 7 days of reciept to lodge a return request.
Exclusions
- We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any discounted, promotional or clearance items.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the product is received and assessed.
