Triple Truffle Roasted Potatoes
These Triple Truffle Roasted Potatoes are perfect for any occasion, from casual weeknight dinners to elegant dinner parties. Serve them alongside your favourite main dishes.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg potatoes
2-3 tablespoons Black Truffle Olive Oil
1-2 teaspoons Black Truffle Sea Salt
1-2 teaspoons Black Truffle Seasoning
METHOD:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Prepare the Potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris. If using larger potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces for quicker roasting. If using baby potatoes, leave them whole. Or if using precooked potatoes then skip this step.

Season the Potatoes: Place the prepared potatoes on the lined baking tray. Drizzle the potatoes with black truffle oil, and sprinkle with black truffle sea salt.

Roast the Potatoes: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and roast the potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. Be sure to toss the potatoes halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.

Sprinkle with Black Truffle Seasoning: Once the potatoes are cooked to perfection, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. While still hot, sprinkle generous amounts of black truffle seasoning over the roasted potatoes.

Serve: Garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or chives and serve when hot!
